Simple Movement, Profound Change...

Fascia Flow can redefine strength and stretching in such a profound way, that heavy feels light and impossible movements become easy. Think about the movement you just can’t get. It can be in yoga, pilates, fitness or life. Every time you try it, you just feel weak or even pain. Perhaps chronic pain has stopped you from doing some activities.

You can stop yelling at those quads and glutes, abs and shoulders. They aren’t weak. They just need some coordination with other muscles in their chain. Muscles are meant to work together, as team, creating efficient movement through proper coordination. To get that coordination they have to be able to communicate instantaneously.

That communication travels through the body’s connective tissue, fascia. Healthy fascia, used correctly, will give you the strength you didn't know you had.

Stretching gives the chain range so it can work far from your body’s center.  

If you need to reach in the back seat to get something, you need to twist and stretch to get range. Ideally, the stretch goes from the hand, through the arm, across the shoulder and in a diagonal all the way down the torso. This lets you use the strength of the abs to pick up the bag.

But often it’s just the shoulder trying to get there and then you have no strength to pick up that heavy bag.
